Autobiography

My name is Kai-Ciao Chang, graduated from National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan. I did my master's degree in transportation in 2015, which push me acquire strong background knowledge in transportation. 

In my research developing path, I made solid mind toward information-oriented processes. Also, my programming skills and English-language ability help me doing my research better(programming skills including STATA, Excel VBA, Python and so on). More important, I use skills in systematic thinking and build the ability to identify and analyze the problem precisely. These solid training supports me doing great in my career. 

After graduate, I work for Automotive Research and Testing Center, Taiwan, which committed to the R&D of vehicle-related technology and assisting the government in industry policy development. As my background knowledge in transportation and interest in advanced technology, I am responsible for marketing analyzing, business strategic analysis, policy studying about electric vehicle, automated vehicle, vehicle-to-everything(V2X), car-sharing and related startups. 

I am also responsible for project management for government projects. In these projects, I play the role for coordination and completion of projects on time and in scope. I learn a lot about project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, and many areas of expertise based on established project management techniques. 

Last but not least, I hope I can be an outstanding and professional project manager. Through non-stop learning and using analyzing techniques adequately, I will grasp the trend of the industry and have my work done efficiently and productively.
