Due to the introduction of friends into the Jia Hsin shoes industry, the biggest task is to assist company to complete the material expansion and add a shoe factory raw material factory in half a year; the goal is to grow manpower from 2300 to 6000 people in six months, including 3 high-end and 20 first-line supervisors and mid-level supervisors.
