Will Segar
Experienced New York Real Estate Leader
Suffolk County, New York, resident Will Segar has owned Northport’s Segar Consulting, LLC, since founding the real estate investment banking company more than 12 years ago. As president and chief executive officer of the company, his responsibilities range from the development of creative debt restructuring strategies to the exploration of investment opportunities in both the primary and secondary markets. Will Segar of Suffolk County previously served as the vice president of both Lehman Brothers and Chase Manhattan Bank. He has also has extensive experience in the private sector, having served as a partner at a private real estate company.
Mr. Segar studied finance at the College of William and Mary in Northport, graduating with a bachelor of business administration in 1989. He has earned various certifications over the course of his career, including a real estate broker license and The Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation. A former Division I wrestler, he enjoys coaching wrestling in his free time.
