Will Smith

I am an experienced Salesforce consultant focusing on Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Pardot. During my time as a consultant I have run numerous projects with both multinational corporations and small-to-medium sized businesses. This has allowed me to dive into the full range of capabilities of CRM and MarTech and has given me the unique insight of being able to recommend best practice for every level of maturity.

I am 3 times Salesforce Certified (Salesforce Administrator, Pardot Consultant, Pardot Specialist) and am very interested in expanding into further clouds.

Coming from England and having lived in Amsterdam and Copenhagen, I am very adaptable to new environments and systems. I am a very proactive person with an enthusiasm for problem solving and innovation.

Salesforce Consultant | Arpedio Solutions | Dec 2018 - Present

Arpedio Solutions is a consultancy focusing on Salesforce CRM projects. Having started as a student, I moved to full-time and have been working as a Business Analyst for over 2 years.

Initially, I focused on marketing automation. I focused on optimising companies' data driven marketing and marketing automation. Having worked with both very large and very small clients has allowed me to develop a wide range of skills from forming long-term marketing strategy and developing data complex models to facilitate strategy, to building lead generation initiatives from the ground up.

Later, I began to fall more into the core Salesforce space where I focused on data modelling, data governance, the end-to-end customer journey, and automating processes. When working with Core CRM, I was the sole consultant on a range of projects from setting up a CRM from the ground-up for small clients, to optimising complex data flows and customer journeys for large clients. My focus has always been on looking at business goals and then looking to the technical tools we have to facilitate them.

From this, I have expertise in running projects from start to finish. From gathering business requirements, translating these into technical requirements, mapping As-Is and To-Be scenarios, mapping flows using BPMN, stakeholder management, and hypercare and training.


 Coding & IT 

I have a proficient knowledge of HTML and CSS which allows me to create and style marketing assets such as webpages / landing pages, emails, and forms.

This gives me ability to work in the spot between business and IT to help all teams collaborate.

CRM Expert

Having worked on and led several CRM consultancy projects, I have designed and optimised CRM strategy and data management for a wide range of clients so I have an excellent grasp of tailoring solutions the current maturity and goals.

 Communication and change management

The key to all CRM projects is user adoption. I have strong experience in communicating with users to determine the best solution and collaborating with colleagues to ensure we can the solution.

MSc Economics, University of Copenhagen (2018 - 2020)

I use my Economics background in data driven activities. Whilst studying, I enjoyed using complex data analysis to determine otherwise emotional relationships, and I use this approach when analysing business activities, does what we're doing work for the reasons we think it works?

About me

I am a native English speaker but am very used to working in Danish speaking environments. My Danish understanding is good enough to take meetings, however, I rarely speak Danish. Although, I am taking lessons to change that. 

Outside of work, I like to socialise and play a lot of football and brew my own beer.
