William Blaicher

OnSite Temp Housing Owner

The recipient of a bachelor's degree in Latin American affairs from Rollins College, William Blaicher earned his degree in 1996 and has since completed programs at the Kellogg School of Management and the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He co-founded ConstructionReports.com in 2010 and spent seven years as its general manager, during which time he grew the construction information business' annual sales to $750,000. William Blaicher negotiated the sale of the company in 2017 to focus solely on his other business, OnSite Temp Housing, Inc.

He co-founded the national temporary housing company in 2012 and purchased 100 percent of the business in 2018. Headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, OnSite Temp Housing provides RV travel trailers to construction, event management, and insurance enterprises throughout the US. William Blaicher helped drive a revenue increase from $250,000 to $1.8 million from 2012 to 2015.

Outside his professional pursuits, Mr. Blaicher engages in outdoor pursuits such as hiking, snowboarding, surfing, and playing golf. His other interests include cars and traveling.
