William Kelleher is a Southern California oil and gas executive who has held responsibilities as CEO and other top positions with results-driven companies over the years. Over his career, William Kelleher has had a pivotal role in raising equity for project funding and undertook strategic planning that drove sustained growth. Respected in his field, he has presented for Victoria Oil in London and at the Royal Geological Society. 

Mr. Kelleher’s past experience includes serving as executive vice president with Yukos Oil Company in Moscow. Joining the company in 1999, he acquired assets that enabled future funding and development, and oversaw one of the most significant production ramp-ups in the history of the oil industry. Managing more than 2,250 employees, he guided engineering and operations in the Caspian region and Kazakhstan over five years. He also led offshore drilling activities spanning the Caspian, Bering, Baltic, and Black Seas. 

Mr. Kelleher currently serves as senior vice president with West Energy Capital/Offshore, where he combines asset valuation functions with management of on-the-ground asset development teams.
