William Lively

Blockchain-Enabled Real Estate Leader in Minnesota

William Lively is an established presence in the technology and commercial real estate sphere who serves as an activist shareholder with Syndex Labs, a Minneapolis, Minnesota, company he co-founded. Having previously launched and grown multiple startups, William Lively helped establish the Minnesota firm in 2017 and increased its value from under $100,000 to the investment-validated level of $25 million.

Mr. Lively’s accomplishments with Syndex Labs include creating an innovative, Blockchain-based investment ecosystem with the aim of expanding opportunities available to alternative capital sources and large institutions. In the process, he forged pioneering partnerships with entities such as IBM and the Americas Group. He also navigated a series of equity financing rounds that involved more than $1.1 billion in asset commitments.

Having also led Iko and been a partner with DCI Capital Advisors, Mr. Lively excels at developing strategic relationships with industry leaders around the globe.
