Surgery material agent in orthopedics and neurosurgery, including spine, joint and sports


  • Responsible project team for the physiotherapy equipment. Regular internal meeting reports and more than 10 seminars for hospitals and clinics. Total of 5 instruments were sold from scratch. And also serves in spine department.
  • Promoted to team leader and supervised a team of three sales staff. 
  • Visited BMK Global Medical Company in South Korea to confirm Endospine product agency guidelines and product training.
  • The product introduction of Globus Medical, participated data collection and strategy formulation. It has been successfully expanded to medical centers and regional hospitals such as Far Eastern memorial hospital(FEMH), Taipei Veterans General Hospital(TVGH), Tri-Service General Hospital(TSGH).
  • Successfully find KOL of total knee replacement surgery and switch to the brand in TVGH Q3, 2020. More than 50 times are used per month, with more than 100% performance growth, accounting for 30% of total knee replacement surgery in the hospital.
  • In TVGH, 2021, reached the recognition of different indications of PRP therapy and expanded to management of rehabilitation, division of pain and neurosurgery.  The performance comparison has grown from 8 to 100 since 2020 Q1 accounting for 60% of the hospital .
  • Regular business trip for about 3 months/year in the Middle,  Southern and East of Taiwan assist in the training of colleagues, product use with customer, business visits and administrative procedures.
