William Scherzinger
Real Estate Underwriter and Graduate Student
A student at the University of Cincinnati, William ‘Alex’ Scherzinger, is pursuing a master of business administration, which he began in August 2021. Before this, William Scherzinger earned a bachelor of business administration at the same university, graduating cum laude with real estate and finance majors.
During his education, he has earned several accolades. In 2018, for example, Mr. Scherzinger won a $4,000 Neyer Properties Scholar award. He was also involved in the 2017 Urban Land Institute (ULI) Al. Neyer Case Competition. His team won by working on a Bond Hill Central Business District redevelopment project.
Outside of his education, he is a commercial real estate underwriter with PNC Bank. Having joined the company in 2019, William ‘Alex’ Scherzinger analyzes market research reports, environmental appraisals, and other data while assessing the risk of loan offerings. He also ensures that external regulations and internal policies are followed with each project.
A former business development representative, Mr. Scherzinger, spent several months with Construct Connect in the role. While there, he nurtured sales through cold calling and email marketing.
