Part of the outsourcing development team. Creating of web applications for FocalView, a service provided by BrightInsight to medical sites to create different studies and collect data from said studies.

My responsibility is build the different features this applications should have with the highest standards possible and meeting deliver deadlines, building UIs, integrating different APIs, testing and documenting the code to make it as scalable and maintainable as possible.

Agriconecta was conceived as a ecosystem of applications that will help connecting farmers with low income and smaller ground extensions with a whole market that's eager to buy with both input providers as well as potential buyers of the harvests they make.

My role as Senior Software Analyst is to be the main engine for the development of this ecosystem. I'm responsible of coming up with the most innovative ways of helping the farmers through technology  by taking business needs and translating them into visible and functional pieces of technology through mocks, design suggestions, architecture proposals, projection and planning as well as leading the development of those features and the shipping to production environments, this while ensuring the maintainability, scalability and best experience of our solutions.

As a senior analyst it's my responsibility to design and build the applications and it's infrastructure needed for the many members of the project to access the data that gets collected through our field agents and help with the analysis and improvement of those systems. 

One of the biggest challenges is the lack of internet connection and even cellular signal in some areas of the country so working around those limitations while still providing the agents the most efficient tools to access the information of the beneficiaries is the main focus of every development process.

Osigu is a service that eliminates and improves most of the inefficient, paper-based processes found in most of the current backend systems of the insurance ecosystem. 

In my job, I'm in charge of integration between internet-based  APIs with layouts previously designed and builded, also give an understandable and friendly flux to the users inside the application and help them to get information and make transactions as efficient as posible. I currently use javascript-based technologies like NodeJS, Angular and jQuery.
