Business strategy 

  •  Led Business Transformation efforts in Asia (HK, TW, JP, AU, KR, SEA, CN) to modernize the distribution (sales) model and capabilities, leveraging on data and technology, with the objective to grow revenue, improve customer experience and to gain operational efficiency
  • Led effort to discover new ideas & opportunities with new ventures such as fintech companies for collaboration

Business Strategy & management

  • Designed and implemented the Asia sales organization restructuring to identify levers to reduce complexity and cost within the operating model and thereby driving further synergy, transparency and efficiency in the sales process
