  • Cross-product support and different customers :
    Mainly responsible for the software support of PEALD products and help other products such as ALD and Pulsar. Responsible clients : TSMC (F12, F15, F18), Micron, PSC, Winbond, Nanya.

  • Software application and testing :
    Confirm the new version of the software release notes and simulate the new functions.
    Install and upgrade software at the customer site and provide technical support and training.

  • Assist customers in developing automation functions :
    Provide automation functions and establish automated test logs through automated simulation software.
             ※ Assist the PEALD RD team to implement the auto process compensate (APC) function successfully.

  • Define software specifications and requirements :
    Communicate with customers to understand and evaluate customer requirements and define software specifications.
    Cooperate with Japan or U.S software support and development team to discuss and resolve software issues. 

  • Solve client-side software problems :
    Collect detailed information about issues reported by customers, and provide solutions or system enhancements.

  • Modify tool configuration according to customer specifications.

  • Tool installation and maintenance :
    Cooperate with hardware members to installation new tools and troubleshooting for N5.
    PEALD tool training: Go to Phoenix for an 8-week equipment architecture training.
