呂亞芯

如果要用 3 個關鍵字形容我自己,那就是產品力執行力創業家精神。我熱愛新創 公司及社會企業,期待能以創新的想法讓社會變得更美好。因此,在大學畢業以後, 我累積了不少產品管理數位行銷專案執行的經驗,喜歡事情從無到有的過程,期許自己能和公司一起成長茁壯。

資歷摘要

我是呂亞芯,於政大資管系畢業後,先在硬體科技公司 FLUX 通量三維擔任數位行銷專員,後加入行銷軟體科技公司 Insider 擔任客戶經理與產品導入顧問,負責 Uniqlo, GAP, OB嚴選, 白蘭氏, 肯德基, 必勝客等知名品牌的技術整合與產品導入專案,也曾負責來自全球 23 個國家的客戶的 App 系統應用導入專案。 

 我在 Appier 擔任軟體產品經理的角色,負責 Mobile & Web 平台的行銷渠道應用,透過市場研究與使用者驗證設計出易用的行銷科技產品。 

 現在我在 Chelpis 量子資安擔任產品經理,負責打造後量子密碼學資安解決方案並將其推向受眾市場。

產品管理

在 Appier 領導 Onsite Experience 網站內優化模組工具的專案。基於市場需求,與 UX 設計師精煉出最小可行性的商品,讓產品的迭代可以變得更加快速,同時又保有競爭力。


專案執行

在 Insider 負責數10家知名品牌及電商的 SAAS 產品導入專案,確保客戶能使用行銷科技工具提升轉換率與降低行銷成本。


數位行銷

在 FLUX 從 0 到 1累積超過 30 個用戶成功案例,並將素材應用在一系列的自有渠道上,含社群網站、官網 Blog 、電子報、chatbot,與 Salesdeck。

在職期間參與由社會企業匯流平台主辦的 School 28 社會創新人才培育計畫,從議題爬梳、邏輯推導到實作行動,替照服員媒合平台「家天使」完成提升照服員接案比率的專案目標。

工作經歷

Chelpis 產品經理,2023年8月 - 至今

1. 擔任 PQTunnel 量子安全連線工具的產品負責人,制定產品開發策略,撰寫 User story, Product Requirement Document 以及 Go to Market plan。


2. 定期與工程師、UIUX設計師、專案經理等職位溝通產品需求,推動產品穩定成長與迭代。


3. 持續參與和舉辦量子資安與產業應用活動,熟悉使用者輪廓,找出產品的 Product Market Fit。

Appier 產品經理,2022年10月 - 2023年4月

1. 擔任 App 模組、網站內行銷模組的產品負責人,制定產品開發策略,撰寫 User story 及 Product Requirement Document。


2. 定期與工程師、UIUX設計師、客戶成功經理等職位溝通專案需求,推動產品穩定成長與迭代。


3. 持續掌握行銷科技趨勢,熟悉使用者輪廓,不定期做競爭者定位分析。

Insider 營運客戶經理/產品導入顧問,2020年8月 - 2022年10月

1. 擔任公司 App 應用系統的導入顧問,針對不同產業的型態建議合適的行銷策略活動,教學全球23個國家的客戶使用系統後台。

2. 為台灣客戶的官網提供不同的行銷科技工具,透過個人化行銷培養更加忠誠的品牌用戶。 

3. 為客製化功能評估技術可行性,撰寫前端語言以便讓模板工具能順利套在不同樣式的網站上。

FLUX 行銷專員,2019年7月 - 2020年5月

1. 蒐集並採訪 30 個以上用戶成功案例,將其轉化為社群網站、官網 Blog 、電子報及 chatbot 的行銷素材。 

2. 聯繫媒體、網紅及意見領袖,為公司做品牌曝光,曾以零成本的方式說服 3C YouTuber 拍攝瀏覽量達 24 萬次的產品開箱影片。

If need to use three keywords to describe myself, that shoe be product, execution and entrepreneurship. I love startups and social enterprises, and I look forward to making society better with innovative ideas. 

Therefore, after my graduation, I have accumulated a lot of experience in product management, project execution and digital marketing. I like the process of doing things from nothing, and I hope that I can grow up with my company.

Summary

I am Kim Lu, a graduate of Management Information Systems, National Chengchi University. I worked as a marketing specialist at FLUX after I graduate. Next I joined Insider as an operation account manager and product onboarding consultant, responsible for SAAS product's strategy execution and account relationship management. Uniqlo, GAP, Brands, KFC and PizzaHut are all my clients. 

I worked as a software product manager at Appier, responsible for the marketing channel application of Mobile & Web platforms, and design easy-to-use products through market research and user verification.

I am currently serving as a Product Manager at Chelpis Quantum Tech, responsible for developing post-quantum cryptographic security solutions and introducing them to the target market.

Skills


Product Management

I lead the Onsite Experience project at Appier to optimize the website conversion with template tool. Based on market demand, refine the minimum viable products with UX designers, so that product iterations can become faster while remaining competitive.


Project Execution

In Insider I responsible for more than 20 well-known brands' SAAS system  introduction projects, ensure that our clients can use marketing technology tools to increase their conversion rates and reduce marketing costs.


Digital Marketing

At FLUX, I accumulated more than 30 user success stories from ground zero to launch, and utilized the materials across a variety of our proprietary channels, including social media platforms, the official website blog, e-newsletters, chatbots, and Sales deck.

1. As a product owner of app & onsite marketing solution, I responsible for setting product strategy, writing user story and product requirement documents. 

2. For pushing the product growth and iterate, I will communicate the product requirement with developers, UI/UX designers and customer success managers. 

3. For knowing the trends of marketing automation and technology, I will do competitor analysis and keep familiar with user persona.

Insider, Product Onboarding Consultant/Operation Account Manager, Aug,2020- Oct,2022

1. Provide marketing campaign suggestions for the apps of global brand partners, and cultivate more loyal brand users by grouping and sending personalized messages. Teach clients to use app marketing solution panel.

2. Provided clients with different marketing technology tools that could applyed in their official website, and cultivated more loyal customers through personalized marketing strategy. 

3. Evaluated the technical feasibility of customized functions and write the front-end language so that the template tool can be smoothly applied to different styles of websites.

FLUX, Marketing Specialist, Jul,2019- May,2020

1. Collected and interviewed more than 30 customers, wrote their success stories, and turn them into marketing materials for social medias, official blogs, and chatbots. 

2. Contacted the media, internet celebrities and key opinion leaders to make brand exposure for the company. I once persuaded a YouTuber to shoot product unboxing videos with 240,000 views and obtained more than 1 million NTD revenue.
