I organized creation of web-services for large international brands. Such as Mondelez, PepsiCo, Mastercard, Sber, AMD.

Working with such clients implies high responsibility and attentiveness.

Responsible for planning, tracking and perfect launching of web-services for promo purposes. Mostly check promotions, prize draws, mini-games, etc

- Improved end product quality ( by getting UX more correct)

- Improved user conversion to end result (A\B tests, working with CJM)

- created a platform for in-house processing of FTS checks, to abandon outsourcing service.

- Created in-house knowledge base (together with colleagues)

I designed the service from scratch. This service helps to analyse a larger amount of comments as it becomes impossible to read them when they exceed 1K.
The service is technically very complex. It works with message queues (kafka), neural networks (python spelling models, tone analysis), microservice architecture, Clickhouse database (more faster DB), etc.
With minimal need to refine the design, it turned out to be concise and visually pleasing. This was based on Material Design scheme, which is highly regarded by leading vendors.

I put a lot of energy into this project. It was done with freelancers on my own time, and got a high feature rate per dollar spent. I think this is an important experience, as it is much easier to develop a services with corporate money.
