Yigal Lelah is a Dallas, Texas, entrepreneur with experience in the construction and real estate development business extending to 1994. Over the years, he has been successful in closing approximately $100 million in home sales at every level and met the needs of first-time home buyers, as well as those seeking luxury estates. Since 2000, Yigal Lelah has owned and operated Casa Bella Homes and placed emphasis on the creation of subdivisions that place the dream of home ownership in the sights of families on restricted budgets.

Mr. Lelah also guided Summit Custom Homes for more than a decade and focused on unique residential properties in the $650,000 to $7 million range. Working in locales that ranged from Beverley Hills, CA to Dallas TX, he developed architectural plans and coordinated the work of subcontractors toward project completion. His sustained efforts were recognized through awards from the Fort Worth chapter of the American Institute of Architects.

Mr. Lelah has long engaged on community focused initiatives and leads the nonprofit Neighborhood Builders, Community Development Corporation. A present focus for Yigal Lelah is on affordable housing projects centered in underserved South Dallas neighborhoods.
