【個人簡介】

我是郭芫均(Hebe),生於1995年,個性樂觀和善。現居彰化縣鹿港鎮,2018年畢業於國立中正大學外國語文學系,同時完成華語文教學學程。目前擁有三年國外業務的工作經驗,我善於溝通協調、在團隊中擔任整合資訊的角色,歸納出討論的重點。最近一次多益閱讀及聽力成績為915分,寫作測驗成績190,口說測驗成績140。因此,我能夠有效地應用英文於工作職務上,完成任務。


【客戶關係維繫】

2018-2021期間擔任繼茂橡膠的國外業務代表,總共與15間以上來自歐美、亞洲以及大洋洲的知名橡膠公司合作過。主要是利用書信、電話、視訊會議等方式,維持緊密的合作關係。曾親自接待客戶來訪,介紹公司、產品簡介以及工廠導覽,使客戶更加了解公司運作。

【跨部門溝通】

身為業務,需站在客戶的角度,提供具有競爭力的價格以及最短的交期。因此需與各部門互相合作,清楚傳達客戶訴求,以贏得訂單。同時考量公司立場,依循核心理念,讓彼此都能達到雙贏的局面。

【銷售策略調整】

不流於僵化的銷售模式,於每季、每年定期與高階主管商討業績近況,密接追蹤客戶動向,並因應當前國際局勢、市場價格,即時調整銷售策略等,達成公司設定的業績目標。

2018, 因應中美貿易戰,協助美國客戶將產品從中國生產線,轉往泰國工廠,避免25%高額關稅,穩固與客戶的合作關係。


【成就與連結】

        三年的業務經驗,讓我清楚了解不同地域客戶的需求。例如,中國客戶喜好電話溝通,透過言談可以加深彼此的認識。歐洲客戶講究訊息的脈絡及條理。美國客人則在意時效性,我必須趕在他們上班前完成前一日的工作,才能達成客戶期待。以上經驗,讓我習得如何妥善規劃每日時程,提升工作效率。依據客人的性質,用對的方式與客戶維繫良好關係。在未來,我有自信可以持續強化自身的能力,且可多方發展,不受產業限制,成為一名高效率、適應力強且觀察入微的業務。

Hi, I am Hebe. I am a self-motivated person and a good team player. I have a major in foreign language and literature in National Chung-Cheng University. Moreover, I finished the program of Teaching Chinese As a Second Language as well. After graduation from university, I have worked as an international sales representative at Ge Mao Rubber Industrial Co,. Ltd for 3 years. I got 915/990 in TOEIC listening and reading test, 190/200 in the writing test and 140/200 in the speaking test.

As an international sales representative, I was responsible for maintaining the business partnership with 15+ rubber companies from all over the world. Using mail, phone calls and video meetings to communicate with them are essential. In addition, when the clients from foreign companies came to visit Taiwan, I was in charge of presenting the company profile, introducing a variety of products and guiding the factory tour. I was awarded 5+ high scores for the annual customer satisfaction survey from 2019 to 2021.

Being a sales representative, teaming up with different departments and building cross-functional communication were extremely crucial. In order to bid successfully for orders, I had to offer a competitive price and the shortest lead time. Thus, delivering clear information and coordinating with teams were necessary. Meanwhile, I had to consider the company's interest in creating a win-win situation for both company and clients. In 2020, I won a project with an order value more than 10 million NTD and successfully completed a deal with the production team to ship at least 5 million pcs product to satisfy customers’ expectations.

Observing the latest market trend and adjusting it into different commercial strategies correspondingly are always critical. In every quarter and every year, I had to generate reports and host a discussion with the senior managers. From the reports, I was able to track each customer’s sales performance and took actions to improve the conditions promptly. Due to the trade war in 2018, we had provided assistance for all US customers to transfer the production line from China to Thailand plant in order to avoid 25% tariff in advance. The trust between company and clients was greatly enhanced.

Thanks to the sales experience I gained so far, I am able to arrange my work schedule efficiently and provide the most suitable service depending on different customers. For instance, Chinese customers like to talk via telecommunication. European companies prefer reading logical information. US customers are time-sensitive, so I had to accomplish the work before they checked the mailbox.

With the skills and experience I learnt from my previous company , I am confident that I can continue to strengthen my skillsets, and apply them into various fields without limitation.
