More about me

I'm Hailey Lee ,majored in labor relations during college period. With related educational background ,I am able to easily find my feet when I start new business. In the past three years, I enhanced my communication skills through collages' feedback and acquiring the methods to respond to employees in different personalities. Also, I tried to steel myself in concentrating on a mission for a long time by the daily jobs like attendance management , insurance applications and monthly settlements ,then I become an effective worker with few mistakes.

Not only being an active but intern experience make me to involve in the HR field. I can totally reach the practices of Law complying & reactions , Company Policies , labor market and so on. I was always good at Math & Economic when I was a student, so the coach being a HR expert suggested me choose a function which I am interesting in the most and what I can develop my expertise more easily.

When I was responsible for attendance management, I was in charge of Working Rules amendment ,  took a part in the project of Performance Appraisal Management System being go-live and Productivity bonus & appraisal improvement. Those valuable experiences help me to be more independent and conduct some HR projects. Very soon, I became the mentor of the new hired, I started to learn and handle the procedures of Insurance & Payroll related, such as Personnel Change, Online tax declaration and Bonuses Calculation & Distribution. The more I learn, the more I realize how much I don't know. That's why I participated in some courses ,and I would like to increase professional knowledge and find the solutions for the problems Company encountered.

As from 2020, I joined the new HR system migration project. Vendor assessment , parameter setting ,functions testing and migration jobs , I worked with HR partners , IT and other related departments. With discussion & system testing , C&B team defined some new workflows and HR policies to make the whole work goes smoothly. I am devoting in establish operation manual now, because I hope that beginner of the system can be familiar with it easier and faster, I also can know more about the full view of Company policies & Payroll calculation.

After I join Manz Taiwan, I am responsible for whole operations in compensation and benefit. I have to not only handle daily jobs but conduct many HR related projects to correct some operations or make the procedures more efficient. 

I spend a lot of time communicating with different department members & trying searching some outside resources like consultant for assistance to make some different in the company. I have established the salary appraisal criteria, cooperated with third party to do salary surveys, enhanced group insurance schemes and proposed some new attendance policies, then I get big supports from my boss. That's why I can reached so many goals that it's hard to push in many companies.

And the last, I really enjoy the time being in a team jobs, we reached goals and overcame barriers together. I am good at putting forward my own opinions, and I can collect and organize an adaptable solution/plan from every members' feedback. By members' sharing and communicating with each other , we can all become better and better, I think I can truly feel a sense of achievement from it.

With my competencies, I sure do believe that I can contribute to the organization and take important roles. I have big interest and high passion in HR field ,and develop career-related professional positively. Thank you in advance for your consideration and courtesy.
