An accomplished business owner in Marlboro Township, New Jersey, Yunes Doleh entered the regional supermarket industry in 2000 as the owner and president of Doco Food Corp in New York City. In 2006, his wholesale supplier White Rose Wholesale honored him as its “Retailer of the Year.” That same year, Yunes Doleh founded a second supermarket business in Maspeth, New York, under the name Gran Meat Corp.

He continued to expand his outreach by establishing Brooklyn’s Doleh919 Food Corp in 2009 and Staten Island’s Kingdom Castle Food Corp in 2013. He opened his most recent supermarket, Food Emporium, in 2018. This business is located in his hometown of Marlboro, New Jersey.

Yunes Doleh owns and operates six supermarkets in total. All told, they produce annual revenue of more than $50 million a year. To augment and inform his business activities, he holds active membership in the Key Food Stores Co-op and the National Supermarket Association.
