在資訊系統及網路電商平台的領域中,我特別專精於商業策略規劃、業務團隊經營管理、夥伴廠商關係經營及商業策略聯盟,對於BD本身的核心能力提案簡報、演說、結案、客戶服務,更有數百場以上的經驗以及實際而傑出的營收成績單。
我的個性積極樂觀、非常喜歡交朋友、熱愛講台舞台,享受迎接新的挑戰,以及面臨各種變化找出一條最適合的路。
旅安資訊Shalom Inc.的成立,從博立思數據策略老闆的無心插柳,讓我試試看這個管理軟體在市場上的接受度,我自己一個人做市場研究、產品定位、定價策略、簡報製作、陌生開發、買Google ADs、官網製作、SaaS產品行銷-試用-建置-上線-客服的流程建立、全台灣各縣市20場以上說明會/研討會、夥伴商業策略聯盟暨關係建立、商業策略規劃、業務團隊管理、教育訓練、海內外政府/學校/機構演講分享......在兩年期間,建立6個人組成業務客服團隊,共計7個國家、超過200間旅店採用Shalom PMS,包含台灣及香港多間知名飯店集團客戶,同時持有核心夥伴SiteMinder(全球市佔率最高的Channel Manager System)在台灣串接市場80%的份額,在台灣的旅宿相關產業投下一顆震撼彈,推動飯店從伺服器主機式架構到雲端架構的轉型趨勢,結合數據運用能力與創新應用,提升產業競爭力與服務維度,讓旅安資訊Shalom Inc.成為在台灣飯店管理系統的雲端首選品牌。
職涯的每個階段,我都會給自己定下三個追求的目標:
「錢多,事少,離家近」應該是每個年輕人夢寐以求的工作,也吸引初出茅廬的我選擇去聯強國際,做一個工作穩定表現的工業電腦FAE;然而當我得到的時候才知道,膚淺的表面條件並不能讓我真實地滿足,於是在局面發展一片大好的時候,毅然決然地裸辭求去。
「跟隨的典範,挑戰自己的機會,自由的時間」是我第二階段的追求,隸屬於博立思集團的旅安資訊Shalom Inc.,給了我這一份的幸運。
