About My Past


Before invest in the semiconductor industry: 2009/2 – 2016/3

Given that thirsting for improving communicative competence, I chose insurance industry to start my career. At first got some achieve fortunately, but finally opted out because of inadequate connections fail and inability.

Jump in TFT-LCD panel industry, experienced shift work with long working hours and maintained 10 production lines under pressure of running well for 1 year. Quick decision-making, coordination and communication skills were improved by cooperating with on-site staff of PD.

Cause of burnout, I returned to my hometown and got to know fastener Industry. Acknowledged that not adapted to it, I jumped in semiconductor industry.

In the semiconductor industry: 2016/6 – 2021/3

Fortunately, joined the company and cooperated with my manager when I was unfamiliar with Japanese.

Participated in on-site multiple projects of installation until became a machine leader. In the beginning led 8 – 10 engineers to execute hook-up engineering, learned deeply for project management and planning of member training. Served continuously over 15 on-site projects with 8-10 engineers within the past 2 years.

Most of the time enforced 3 projects simultaneously, it were improved that float management. Cooperated frequently with clients and PM that enhanced deeply my coordination and communication skills. It helped me to put plan of training into practice.
