• Company's basic requirement was to automate the calculation process of the three dimension box they make out of a roll (Key raw material). Company manufactures 3ply, 5ply, 7ply (variants) three dimensional (axbxc) cartons, with different bills of material.
• Company's requirement was to measure the raw material (Rolls of cartons, Silicate) consumed and leftover.
• Raw material consumed and purchased in different units of measures.

Started my journey as a QA manual testing and documentation engineer for one year, then, by taking interest and self-learning moved towards web development and developed several modules for Reachhome delivery system including :

• CRUD functionality via MySQL queries, displaying in admin panel reports, using PHP (kohana) backend and jquery frontend languages for server and client sides.
• Validation work of forms in the reports.

Past Work Experience:

Worked in IBEX global (TRG) as Customer sales executive for seven months for Qubee, Duties include: 

• Technical first level troubleshooting of internet related problems such as:
• Customer unable to connect to the network.
• Checking signal strength, RSSI and CINR values using MS2000.
• Resolving customer level issues occurring in PCs.
• Escalation of network end problems to the third level of troubleshooting.
• Dealing with billing and new connection queries.

Worked in wi-tribe Pakistan for more than 2yrs as Technical executive, Duties include:

• Resolving of issue of device not camping with BTS, resolving electronics based voltage level issues preventing device from camping to the BTS.
• Low CINR issue, device obtaining low cinr levels from network.
• Creating weekly and monthly compile sheets of problems frequently occurring in devices.
• Testing of CPEs as QA before going to the customer care sales department.
