嗨!我是鄭鼎勳,畢業於國立臺灣師範大學企業管理學系,在學期間除修習系上科目外,出於對法律、心理、語言、國際關係等領域抱有興趣,而選修了不少其他系所的課程,希望能盡可能地開拓自己的視野。大學時期,有多次參與團隊工作的經驗,不論是初期的創意發想,抑或中後期的意見整合與文案撰寫都曾擔綱負責人,經歷範圍囊括商務個案研討、創業企劃競賽、社團活動設計與營隊管理等。投身這些活動,思考如何讓活動達到更高的觸及率與實際轉換,總能激起我的一股熱血,也由此察覺自已對於企劃與行銷推廣工作充滿著熱情與想法。除了學業與社團生活,也利用課餘時間體驗職場,除賺錢之外,也想為自己提供不同的思考角度,認真投入並在工作中學習,不僅是社會歷練的累積,也能觀察到那些在課堂中難以察覺的實務面細節。過往的工作多屬餐飲服務業,雖是打工性質,工作內容也相當一般,但作為一名有志投入行銷相關領域的新鮮人,我認為自己在這些工作中收穫了不少,日復一日與客人的互動將自己打磨的更加圓滑、觀察店面經營情況並提出預測,不斷精進與修正洞見與敏感度,都是我站在第一線所獲得的可貴經歷。說到服務客戶,在大學期間也有兼職保險業務方面的經驗,如協助客戶分析財務狀況給予建議,提供保險規劃、設計活動等。業務工作帶給我的,不僅是在大街小巷奔波的體驗,期間的在職進修、先進經驗分享,也確實讓我學到許多銷售實務與溝通話術。幾次轉換跑道,接連跳脫熟悉的環境讓我得以習慣脫離舒適圈,一方面有所累積,一方面也得以不斷從零開始,見過不同的世面,更明白隔行如隔山,各有各的專業,也是透過這些工作,我才能接觸到包括商品銷售、人資管理、業務及行政等相關事務,讓我獲得更多元的學習機會。我認為,「行銷」不單只是漫天飛舞的傳單,或網頁上的幾行文字配張圖,它同時也是種人與社會關係的反映。

挑戰:合歡攻頂

臨時的邀約,以及一個多月的事前準備,一行七人的登山團隊就這麼開拔前往合歡山峰。有趣的是,相伴而行的這七人其實彼此都不甚熟悉,甚至連學校都分屬於三間不同的大學,但即使如此卻還是存在著某種聯繫。那唯二的共通點,大概就是都與身為領隊的同學認識。再來則是都喜歡攝影吧!拂曉出發,一日攻頂,趕在日落前於峰頂周遭的稜線上,記錄下這張相片,隨後即在合歡西峰駐紮了一夜,寒流混合著高山入夜的低溫砭人肌骨,野炊的瓦斯火爐成為短暫的取暖源,在海拔三千公尺,體悟的感動不僅是明亮璀璨的銀白星河,還有能收到訊號的網路連線。

Hi , 

This letter is to express my interest in ''MARKETING'' and Event Planning. 

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, numerous hands-on experience in sales & customer service, and the ability to solve problems in a timely and accurate way, I enjoy being challenged and working on projects that require me to work outside my comfort zone and beyond knowledge, as continuing to learn something new ( languages, skills, etc) are important to me and my contribution to your organization. 

Over the course of the school years: 
I strike a balance between academic performances, extra-curricular activities and two part-time jobs in the meantime. During my studies, I took 177 credits totally before I graduate ( the standard is 128 ). On the other hand, I participate in many community activities, such as SA, Hot Music Club, Cycling Club, etc. Attending these activities is interesting and meaningful to me, I've enjoyed the chance to meet people with different perspectives and beliefs, and doing things that I have never done before is really unforgettable. It broaden my horizons and help me find out what I really want to do. Trying to make our club's events better, I always thinking ''How to get more people to attend our event?'' Perhaps, event marketing is just a daunting task, but I love challenging myself, and I always feeling satisfying when I finally make a breakthrough. To pursue superiority, I take full responsibility for my role in any situation. Just like the saying goes, "The only thing I can do is do the best work I can." Thanks to these experiences, I am getting better at multitasking and time management than I was before. And now, I think I can deal with projects more effectively. 

As a experienced CSR, I have (1) Good Patience, not only is patience important to customers, who often reach out to support when they are confused and frustrated, but it's also important to the business at large. (2) Ability to "Read" Customers, this is an important part of the personalization process, because it takes knowing your customers to create a personal experience for them. This skill is essential because we don't want to mis-read a customer and end up losing them due to confusion and miscommunication. (3) Communication & Persuasion Skills, It's not about making a sales pitch in each time, but it is about not letting potential customers slip away because we couldn't create a compelling message that our company's product is worth purchasing! (4) Multilingual Communication Skills (English, Chinese, Japanese and Indonesian). (5) last but not least, I always willing to learn something new!
