Adam Gecht

Experienced Business Operations and Development Executive

A White Plains, New York-based sales director and brand ambassador, Adam Gecht has more than two decades of experience in business growth and operations management. Most recently, he served as director of international operations at Equinox and worked as project manager for a joint venture involving Blink and SoulCycle designed to increase the global presence of all three fitness brands. More specifically, Adam Gecht focused on an expansion in the Middle East and built a strong relationship with Equinox's regional partner, Alshaya, to open more than 130 locations.

Mr. Gecht served Equinox as regional director and led eight locations in the United States with $30 million in revenue. He spent 11 years in this position, during which time he doubled the revenue of a struggling location, standardized company best practices and reviews, and opened five new locations that generated $3 million in new revenue. He joined the company in 2003 after working five years as a regional sales manager at Healthtrax.

Adam Gecht holds a bachelor's in exercise science and sports medicine from the University of Rhode Island, where he was captain of the school's crew team. He is a member of the Orienta Yacht Club and enjoys sailing his O'Day 28 sailboat on the Long Island Sound. He's also a fan of New York sports teams, including the Yankees and Rangers.
