The Senior Operations Manager’s responsibility is to build and manage the hospitality operations within our distributed network of apartment and hotel properties. The highest priorities are to take hospitality to the next level, guaranteeing our guests have a jaw-dropping experience.
The Senior Operations Manager is tasked with growing and improving the day-to-day hospitality operations across the New York market to ensure we deliver a “best in class” guest experience.
This will be achieved by creating and innovating processes to create truly memorable experiences for our guests, while building and developing a high-performance team to execute on that same standard.
