CRO - Cross selling
I successfully conducted multiple tests ( from ideation to analyse and result presentation) on Product detail page responding to commercial needs from different stakeholders. Achieving the goal of increase engagement (+90%) on the pages and the quantity of orders (+160%). My results drove some design decisions in the creation of a new product page.
CRO - Increase log-in rate
I proposed a new test concept with the goal of increase log-in rate. Following the results of an internal study I hypothesised that displaying a banner pushing users to add items to the wish list and receive sales notifications will increase the log-in rate. I reached +2,5% increase in the overall log-in rate of the store.
PRODUCT - Tooling suite
I am currently developing a tooling strategy to enable Search Quality Specialist, content providers and engineers to configure Zalando´s internal search so that we can respond effortless to the customer needs in all the different domains and languages. First tool provided an avg. 25% increase in CTR on optimised queries.
