【A Marketing Person】

 •  Product Develop Strategy: Responsible for 12 products in developing and implementing marketing strategies in O'right. Implementing innovative sales campaigns to support commercial teams, and coordinating for all marketing activities related to sales promotion / product launching / events. Developed co-marketing programs to increase brand awareness. In charge of new product development & launch campaign, lead sub projects and independently communicate with relevant internal departments.

桃園人,身為家中的長女,擁有冷靜外表與開朗幽默的衝突性格,善於溝通與處理細節,因此工作經驗中被派遣支援不同的部門,在部門之間擔任協調的角色,溝通協調解決問題,在團體生活能快速融入其中。 

過去於FMCG產業擔任產品PM,為個人護理與清潔用品之產品負責人,主要工作為負責由0-1規劃新產品,從市場調查尋找消費者洞察,並依此進行新品開發提案,制定產品特色賣點、市場定位、產品售價與開發專案管理,後續進行新品導入及創意發想,規劃行銷活動、通路策略、文案、影音/平面形象圖等行銷素材產出,也曾擔任新品發布會之專案領導人,負責活動企劃的發想與執行,該活動將近300位國際經銷商參與(歐洲、美國、亞洲等地區之經銷商)。 

身為產品PM負責人,需進行產品銷售數據分析,並進行市調分析,以提出改善建議與洞察未來發展機會。也熟悉產品開發與導入市場的過程,也常與原料商、工廠端、通路端溝通之工作經驗,進行跨部門協同合作與資源整合能力,也曾負責異業合作洽談,合作對象有Swarovski, 歐都那等產品聯名。相信我所經歷的產品開發能力、溝通協調及跨部門溝通能力、簡報提案能力,能將其應用於專案內容中,故願能獲得面談的機會,期望未來能成為共事夥伴。
