Led the project of establishing the billing system within 4 months by coordinating with 7 cross-functional departments. The system integrated cash, logistics, and ordering flow into a single platform. It provides a better business engagement experience for over 200 distributors. The system also optimized the workflow for logistic, finance, back-office, and sales teams to save the investment of 8-10 manpower.
Led the project of building a dealer database system by coordinating with the IT and business team. The system consolidated information of 10,000+ dealers, which can be easily accessed by the sales team. It has been adopted by other countries in the APAC region because of the successful outcome.
