Hi! I am Meng Hui Lin. I have been working in digital marketing industry for 6 years. My career started from the digital department of media agency, as the trend of media development, I switched to the department of integrated marketing to better adapt to the new media environment. 

【Flexible Mindset in Ever Changing Trends】 Online media is a dynamic and fast-moving industry, it is essential to have a flexible and enthusiastic mindset to keep track of the variable trends in media. New media tools emerge every year, last year people talked about IG micro influencer, now podcast becomes a new blue ocean for advertising investment in new media. My job is to find the best advertising solution among these booming media tools. 

【Creative Ideas Breeding from Social Media Content】 Social media has changed and become our daily life, the content on social media not just my daily amusement but sometimes the source of inspiration for new ideas. While doing team proposals, it often requires a lot of influx of new thoughts. Some of the stories and trendy topics on the internet can be transformed and adopted to the project proposal and become eye-catching ideas. This sense of achievement from work is the reason I enjoy myself in this idea-devising process. 

【Self-driven Lifelong Learner】 I’m a self-driven person who is constantly learning new things and problem solving. For instance, I run my own channel and manage online traffic from the perspective of creators. In addition, I started video shooting and post-production by self-learning, searching for resources and solutions through online courses, YouTube videos, forums, etc. 

The time working in media agency has contributed a lot in growing and shaping my capability and skills.
