我的名字是許妙如,目前居住在新北市。我畢業於台灣科技大學電機研究所,碩士時期代表學校參加多項國內外機器人競賽,競賽期間順利從文獻研究、概念設計、到實際完成一組具有全方向步態及融合感測器調整重心控制模組,除競賽外也參與多項專案,藉由實驗室兩年的實作經驗,在程式技巧以及嵌入式系統開發領域的到了提升。
我在仁寶擔任韌體工程師,負責藍牙/Wi-Fi系統整合開發,以及討論提案可行性,並分擔主要韌體系統設計及開發工作,完成所需功能並驗證。因專案產品生產需求,也與其他測試部門合作工廠生產測試流程以及相關程式,於第一時間協助驗證硬體設計的正確性,以及協助排除問題。
在團隊裡除韌體開發以及軟硬體協同合作外,也協助輔導新進同事了解專案相關開發,使之能夠獨立開發,並加速專案開發進度。在仁寶的3年間,我從產品的初期設計到產品實際生產。在實務上參與研發測試以及生產現場問題驗證,並同時負責公司多項專案的開發以及維護。
藉由過去的軟韌體開發經驗,讓我在IoT領域的整合應用,可以用更多元的視野分析問題並提出意見。在現今這個講求跨領域技術的時代,我希望能利用自身的技術背景,開發更深入的應用。

My name is Miao-Ju Hsu and I currently reside in New Taipei city. I majored in electrical engineering and graduated from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology with a master’s degree in engineering. During my graduate studies, I participated in a number of domestic and international robot competitions. Which included literature research, conceptual design, implementation of control systems with omnidirectional gait and sensor adjustment. I also participated in several projects, and with more than two years of experience in Robotics laboratory, my programming capability and embedded system development skill has been well polished.
I worked as a firmware engineer at Compal and oversaw the integrated development of Bluetooth/Wi-Fi system. The project receptibilities I was tasked with ranged from discussion of the feasibility of the proposal to the design and development of the main firmware application. Due to the demanding nature of the project, I also cooperated with other departments to implement the testing process for inspecting product functionality and assisting in troubleshooting.
In addition to the implementation of the firmware application, I also assisted newcomers in understanding the project developments. So that they can develop independently and accelerate the project progress.
During my three years at Compal, I started from the initial design of the product to implement. Participated in R&D testing and production verification and became the overseer responsible for the development and maintenance of multiple projects for Compal.
With the past experience in development, I can take on different perspectives in analyzing problems and provide viable opinions in the IoT field. Nowadays, it is the age of cross - cutting, I believe that I can assist in developing various new-edge applications with my technology background.
