I am Stephanie. I graduated from Wenzao Ursuline University of Language. I majored in Japanese, and English as my minor. I am a diligent, attentive person. I always hold a positive attitude toward every challenge no matter at work or in life.

I participated in orientation events for freshman, which the participant can only speak in English during the event. We showed the team spirit and sharing happiness on every group activities.
I also participated in society which helping students about rental housing. Furthermore, I also participated in the school club of anti-drug, which would go to the elementary school to promote the anti-drug.
日本自助行 Self-guided Trip
我非常喜歡旅行，旅途中能發揮自己的專長讓我很有成就感，而對我來說自助旅行的魅力更是能在旅途中發掘更多不一樣的自己。透過旅途中遇到的各種突發狀況，除了運用自己的專長外，學習著觀察四周並思考著如何運用周圍事務度過難關，每次預料外的計畫總是能在旅途中帶來驚喜，
I love traveling, so I have the experiences of self-guided trip. Every times, I felt a sense of accomplishment while I was going self-guide trip by using my expertise.
Sometimes, emergency is out of my expectation. However, it gave me a chance to learn how to solve the problem.
咖啡品評 Coffee Tasting
在星巴克，我最喜歡咖啡品評的活動，透過向顧客分享我喜愛的咖啡豆的風味及沖泡方式，讓顧客更了解如何使用我們的產品並喝到同樣美味的咖啡，透過這樣的分享活動，與顧客有更多的交流。
This is my favorite activity in Starbucks. Before the COVID-19 broke out, we would hold the coffee tasting to share coffee beans and coffee equipment to customer. The reason that I like this event is because it makes me feel a sense of satisfaction about having a interaction with customer.
聖誕活動 Shopping Party
每年12月都會舉辦2天85折的商品活動，我今年也學習當領導者，引導團隊達成目標，透過分享及專業產品介紹，在團體展現，我帶領夥伴在班次上成功達成業績。
一年一度的聖誕商品優惠活動，吸引許多顧客購買，也因此多項商品缺貨，需要調貨的頻率也提高，為了滿足顧客需求，我也在活動前協助顧客向其他門市調撥商品，或是協助顧客詢問他門市的庫存量，並與他門市協商取貨事宜，展現跨門市溝通協調能力，並在聯繫後追蹤售後滿意度。
Every years, we would hold the event that every products get 15% off to celebrate the Christmas in two days.
We also provide the service of helping customers to transfer the goods from other departments, and ensure satisfaction.

我是許斐閔，來自南投。小時候起我的父母就開始培育我的語言基礎，也時常帶著我到其他國家旅遊，也曾經讓我獨自跟著遊學團至國外學習，因此讓我在接觸外國文化的同時，培養我勇於挑戰、獨立自主的個性，也有願意學習吸收新知識的積極態度。
工作經驗
我從文藻外語大學畢業後，曾經做過禮服秘書、國貿/業務助理以及星巴克值班經理，從助理工作到管理者的職位變換，讓我學到更多關於分享回饋式的溝通方式更能讓團隊合作發揮最大作用、遇到問題時，懂得運用周圍資源來解決問題，相信我的謹慎細心、積極學習、語言能力及從工作經歷中獲得的溝通、解決問題等能力，能為貴公司帶來更多發展可能及貢獻。

About Me
I’m Stephanie. I graduated from Wenzao Ursuline University of Language. When I was a child, my parents took me to travel many countries. As a result, I interested in languages and transnational culture. Regarding to my personality, I’m patient, independent, loyal, responsible, and willing to learn.
Work Experience
After graduating, I worked as a secretary to help customers choosing their wedding dresses at a wedding company. I also worked as an international trade assistance in a furniture company. Besides the document processing, I also assisted the superiors to discuss about the cooperation with client. And now, I’m a management trainee in Starbucks, providing the customer service and selling products. From those experience, I believe my caution, aggressive, my language ability, and the communication skill and problem-solving would create value for you.
