  • Presently involved in the Predictive analytics of Churn Model across the bank, to increase Employee Retention and hence decreasing the overall cost of FTE acquisition.
  • Leading a team of two junior associates to complete the migration of Old, historical MVSW/DB2 SAS codes to the new & better versions, into the SQL server HR mart, hence decreasing the effective cost to maintain the HR tables on two different environments.
  • Created & efficiently handling the HR Quarterly delivery, which in itself is the single most information concerning HR figures (and analysis) in the bank. It is sent out to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) or EXBO, the HR Management Team and the HR Strategy Partners. The dataset supports most of the analysis done in the People Analytics team, and is being used by the CFO Area – Financial Planning team for monitoring of new hires and leavers.
  • Successfully predicted the FTE count for the future 5 years, using the HoltsWinter, ARIMA & Neural Network techniques in R studio, to help the Sustainability Strategy Lead for Group Real Estate and the Real Estate Research & Concepts team, so that they can predict the Energy consumption across the bank in next 5 years.

  • Delivering Better and Efficient Solutions to the Stakeholders in Nordic region while working as a part of HR Reporting and Analytics team in India.

  • Being the key member of the HR Reporting team, stabilised the process of monthly Salary Review Data & automated the Employee Main Data, hence saving more than 6 million DKK of the enterprise. Got the prestigious quarterly (July-Sep, 2019) STAR AWARD, a special recognition, for this effort. 
  • Completed around 30 adhoc in a month along with other important projects. Automated around 50 reports and converted 30 percent of adhoc to recurring reports. 
  • Provided all-important data to CEO - Sweden, for his interview with Bloomberg on a short notice. 
  • Received Appreciation from the stakeholders and the supervisors for swift deliveries maintaining the data Quality.
