• Liaise & communicate with customers face to face, by phone, email & live chat ( via WhatsApp ).
• Contacting prospects & customers to gather their information, which will subsequently manually be sorted into our company database.
• Actively go above and beyond to solve any potential problems that our customers might face.
• Work together with the Customer Support Department to solve any problems or obstacles that our customers are currently facing.
• Filling and sorting out documents and databases into our system.
