Commercial acumen and business partner: leveraging knowledge of IKEA and the national market to work together with country management team, store teams, to steer the country towards growth, optimal performance and sustained long term profitability.
Business reporting and analysis: developed a complete framework of reporting, satisfying analysis needs of 6 stores and head office. Provided comprehensive financial consulting and training for Sales/Food team, including pricing impact, incremental sales etc. and enabled improvement actions in stores.

Achievements and Contributions:
Growth improvement: Collaborated with IKEA food team and implemented “Cross Merchandise” IKEA food product at home furnishing area, resulted in 20% growth in food business turnover.
PnL management: Partnered with IKEA food, achieved strong financial performance, resulted in top line and profit growth of 9% and 6% in 2018. By making good use of used/damaged/returned product, resulted in 2.17% contribution to $9,000 million home furnishing business.
Financial analysis: With cross function cooperation, decreased damaged product cost by 2.3% by analyzing root cause procedure and implemented preventive action for operation.
