【關於我】
我是一位在台灣與德國各生活超過 20 年的行銷人,擁有德國馬堡大學經濟社會系的學位和九年 B2B 行銷經驗。我熱愛主動學習新知識,擅以德式的理性分析結合台式的靈活思維來解決問題。
【不停接受挑戰的行銷人】
自 2020 年起,我在德國最大 B2B IT 服務與產品供應商 Bechtle 集團擔任數位行銷分析師。工作上我結合我的邏輯分析能力與行銷策劃經驗,利用Google Analytics, Webtrekk 和 Looker Studio 等工具,整合分析行銷專案的成效。除了提供客製化分析儀表板和視覺化的分析結果外,我也善於發掘專案未開發潛力並提出具體改善建議。此外我也持續優化數位行銷帶來的商業價值,例如利用 Eloqua Marketing Automation 建立自動化電子郵件行銷,或是利用自動化模組的建構,成功將每周電子郵件行銷成效分析的作業時間減少兩個小時以上。
2017 到 2020 期間,我負責 Bechtle 集團自有品牌的行銷企劃,協助自有品牌活化轉型,推廣入 20 間子公司所在 14 國。我的溝通協調能力協助我整合跨部會合作,我的系統化思考和以解決問題為導向的工作態度讓我與團隊合作時能達到最大的功效。在此期間,我依照品牌定位,統籌各式行銷素材的建立以打造品牌形象,策畫全年度行銷企劃以提高品牌能見度,並利用線上與線下行銷專案來協助產品銷售。我也透過 Google 與澳洲科廷大學的線上數位行銷課程來印證實務經驗,全方面的運作數位行銷策略。
在加入 Bechtle 集團前,我於 2012 至 2017 年間在台灣唯可公司駐德國辦公室擔任行銷助理。在這段期間我有系統地分析家飾燈具的市場需求,並透過對客戶需求的精準把握,將其傳遞給產品研發團隊,成功推動了新產品的研發和行銷。同時,我透過策畫與參加展會和與訪客交流等方式,推廣公司的產品,並以專業的態度與客方溝通,協助公司與德國前三大平價衛浴品牌建立了長期的合作關係。此外,我還利用工作之餘完成了德國商會的行銷進修課程,並成功取得了行銷專業人才的證書。

在我的工作經驗中,我不斷證明了自己快速的跨領域學習和適應能力。我擅長結合 B2B 產品行銷、品牌行銷和數位行銷等方面的經驗,為企業提供全方位的解決方案。我準備將職業生涯的下一步邁向台灣。並將歐洲的工作經驗轉化為下一份工作的助力,協助台灣與國際產業進行交流和互惠。我期待在未來的工作中持續接收最新的專業趨勢並應用在實務中,挑戰自我並繼續成長。
About me:
I am a professional marketer who has lived in Taiwan and Germany every 20 years. After graduating from the Department of Society at the Philipps University of Marburg, I accumulated nine years of B2B marketing experience in Germany. I enjoy actively learning new knowledge and exploring my potential. My target-oriented and practical approach is a combination of German-style rational analysis with Taiwanese flexible thinking.
A Marketer who constantly accepts challenges:
From 2020 to 2021, I worked as a digital marketing analyst at Bechtle Group, the largest B2B IT supplier in Germany. Using tools such as Google Analytics, Webtrekk, and Looker Studio, I combined my analytical and marketing planning skills to analyze the effectiveness of marketing projects within the Bechtle e-commerce platform, as well as on paid media. In addition to providing customized analytical dashboards and visual analysis results, I am skilled at discovering untapped project potential and offering concrete improvement suggestions. Furthermore, I continuously optimize the business value brought by digital marketing, such as using Eloqua Marketing Automation to establish automated email marketing or utilizing automation modules to successfully reduce the operation time for weekly email marketing analysis by more than two hours.
From 2017 to 2020, I was responsible for the marketing planning of Bechtle Group's home brand as a brand marketing manager. During this period, I successfully assisted in the rebranding of the home brand, promoting it to 20 subsidiary companies in 14 countries. My communication and coordination skills helped me to integrate cross-departmental cooperation. My systematic thinking and problem-solving-oriented work attitude enabled me to achieve maximum efficiency when working with teams. I coordinated the establishment of various marketing materials to create brand image, planned the annual marketing plan to improve brand visibility, and used online and offline marketing projects to assist in product sales. I also used online digital marketing courses from Google and Curtin University in Australia to verify practical experience and operate digital marketing strategies comprehensively.
Before joining the Bechtle Group, I worked as a marketing assistant at the German office of the Taiwanese company Weico. During my tenure, I comprehensively promoted product marketing, systematically analyzed the market demand for home decor lighting, accurately conveyed customer needs to product development, coordinated business operations, and professionally communicated with customers. I helped the company successfully obtain long-term cooperation with the top three affordable bathroom brands in Germany. In addition, during my spare time, I completed further training courses at the German Chamber of Commerce and successfully obtained a marketing professional talent certificate.
Ready for the Next Challenge:
Combining my experience in B2B product marketing, brand marketing, and digital marketing, I am ready to take the next step in my career in Taiwan. I hope to leverage my European work experience as a driving force for my next job. I want to continuously receive the latest professional trends in my work and apply them in practice, and look forward to challenging myself in the future workplace.
