The System admin is responsible for Global infrastructure and Project Management. Participate in global taskforce of deploying new infrastructure, in the area of regional presence, on-premise, hybrid, public cloud infrastructures, and partner engagement, etc. This includes infrastructure operation process, planning, designing , installing, configuring, migrating and managing infrastructure platforms.

Survey and adapt new infrastructure technologies/solutions.

1.Familiar with modem infrastructure and cloud architecture.

2.Experience with infrastructure solution and architecture design

3.Cross-function project experience.

4.Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve infrastructure problems

5.Proven ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies

6.Mentor and create documentation/knowledge base articles for the lower tiers of support to allow them to successfully complete routine tasks and troubleshoot on the infrastructure under support.

7.Adhere to and suggest improvements to the Change Management Process

8.Recommend, implement, and maintain best practices and corporate standards.
