Conserves executive’s time by reading, market researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information, and initiating telecommunications.
Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive’s absence and speaking for the executive.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results.
Secures information by completing database backups.
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Yêu cầu

3+ years of digital marketing experience in market research, SEO, social media management or digital marketing campaign role reporting directly to upper management
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems
Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
Ability to keep company confidence
Certified SEO in google analytics would be a plus
Ability to design banner or social media images via Canva

Work location: Work from home / remote
Working Hour: 20-30 hours per month, flexible working hour
