RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In-store marketing

a. In charge of local marketing collaterals development, such as poster, signage, lumi and window and work closely with Mainland & Hong Kong team.

• Mall marketing

a. Liaise and keep good relationship with mall landlords to seek for mall exposures, such as mall DM, OOH, social posts.

b. Collaboration planning

c. and execution.

• Digital Marketing

a. Work with the social agency to create monthly social plan followed by commercial calendar and global guideline & assets.

• Event

a. Planning and execution.

b. Local material sourcing, liaise with event material vendor from sourcing to ordering and delivery

• PR

a. Work with PR agency for product loan, PR event, media pitch, and monthly press release

• CRM Marketing

a. Work with CRM team in Shanghai Headquarters and responsible for SMS, EDM, member offer and signage.

• Others

a. Work and communicate well with store team for communication work (digital easel and in store signage production request, consolidate the remaining GWP, regularly check the in-store signage, collect mall exposures, lumi/lightbox/OOH request …etc)

b. Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
