The Vehicle Product Planning team is to create hardware-firmware-software-integrated solutions to complex problems to ensure a better user experience is delivered. As a Product Manager, you are the game changer to motivate and inspire the entire organization to unlock endless possibilities in bringing passion to everything we touch. You will focus on delivering experiences that enable the growth of current and future products/services as Gogoro expands its product portfolio and market. You are the power to lead the whole organization to leap into the future and become the de facto standard.

Responsibility and Expectation

• Define, develop, and refine product strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals and extend it to feasible short, mid, and long-term product-market fit plans.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and dig up the insights of product performance and market trends to contribute to product strategy, roadmap, and solutions to product-related topics.
• Compose Market Required Documents (MRD), Product Required Documents (PRD), and Firmware over the Air (FOTA) release notes as the product development and optimization principle with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
• Build up an in-sync working relationship with cross-functional teams such as Program Management, Research and Development, Design, Marketing, and Sales to maintain an alignment on the success of product launch with clear market positioning and consumer message, as well as the sales performance and market status data to develop follow-up plans upon consumer feedback.
• Maintain existing product lines by continuously polishing the product key selling points and client communication based on the market feedback; perfecting the product knowledge base to ensure the product competitiveness.
• Establish minimum viable products (MVP) for internal procedures or business needs with quick adjustment.
• Serve as the main internal contact between the engineering and business teams to fulfill Powered by Gogoro Network® (PBGN®) partners’ and potential clients’ business requirements by coordinating resource prioritization.
• Construct a vehicle platform architecture for future-proof solutions and plan for the foreseen upgrades accordingly.
