Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting Active Directory, Exchange, Sharepoint, NAS, and other Windows-based applications.
2. Support the Helpdesk team in resolving issues on office equipment such as laptops, PC, and network devices.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2. MAC OSX management skills
3. Understanding networking concepts such as TCP, UDP, ICMP, OSI model, DNS, and Virtualization is a plus.
