Research on the latest fashion trend, brand development, new material and new technology to support the respective department in design concept
Regular visit to customers to understand their satisfactory requirements
Work closely with all departments, according to the customer request and to match the
actual production
Provide design concept together with design director, production and purchasing
department
Work with the production on new product proofing work, design of production process,
coordinate and solve production problems when arises
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma Major in the Art and Design with at least 3 years working experience in fashion accessories. • Familiar with the process of design and development according to the brand requirements. • Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3 Dmax, CorelDRAW, Illustrator • Good fashion sense. • Able to work independently, able to work under pressure, a strong sense of teamwork, optimistic and cheerful personality. • Able to write and converse in English.
