｜What we do｜

• 開發與維護露天拍賣的功能(與使用者第一線接觸或後台相關頁面)

• 協助維護或引入前端開發技術與工具

• 協助建立前端工作文化與準則

• 協助推進前端技術棧與良好開發流程

｜What we are looking for｜

• 2+ years experience in frontend development 兩年以上前端開發經驗

• self-motivated and self-deciplined 自我管理與約束

• proactive 主動積極

• work well with others 與UI、後端、PO團隊合作

• able to nitpick design/UX flaws 對美觀與體驗缺陷無法容忍

• create elegant and useful solutions to solve complex business problems

• able to evaluate new and existing technologies and make

recommendations for application improvements

保持學習力，持續改善日常工作

• good communication skills 良好的溝通與聆聽能力

• data driven 數據說話而不是靠感覺
