Job Description
- Hands-on management of all acquisition areas in the marketing area
Build, own and lead the acquisition team (1-3 employees) responsible for all lead generation efforts for the SAAS product
-Design and optimize the strategy to continuously improve the quantity, quality and conversion of incoming leads
-Creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties
-Set-up and run paid Google AdWords, Facebook and Instagram campaigns
-Devise and construct ads - from visuals to copywriting
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and extract valuable insights
-Responsible for managing customer success and any online feedback forums
-Using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
-Responsible for communications/marketing strategy; creating strategic marketing/communications plans to provide direction for the company’s public-facing communications
-Ad-hoc project as assigned.
Requirements
-Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or a related field
-Min 2-3 years of relevant experiences, with successful track records of community building across Global is highly preferred
-2+ years proven experience directly running successful Google AdWords campaigns
-Experience with optimization of paid media campaigns to achieve CPA and engagement goals
-Experience running successful Facebook & Instagram campaigns, managing LinkedIn advertising and running Twitter advertising is an advantage
-An analytical, data-driven mindset and meticulous with a firm statistical understanding
-Thorough understanding of advanced marketing techniques and long sale cycles: remarketing, multi-touch, attribution mobile and advanced reporting.
-Deep MS Excel knowledge is a must
-Proficient English, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
-Be knowledgeable about the social media management and digital analytics industry, landscape and competition
-Excellent project management skills with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
-Have experience with software including Zendesk, Excel, Jira, Google Suite, Trello, and Slack is a plus
