Job Description

To understand corporate process business
Coach scrum team members in Agile frameworks
Coach Scrum values to the rest of the organization
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration in Technology Division and the rest of the organization
Resolve impediments
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or similar field
Experience in analyst field, minimal 4 years
Excellent analytical skills
Experience in scrum master position
Familiarity with software development
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.)
Good knowledge of Scrum scaling frameworks (Scrum@Scale, Nexus, etc.)
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Outstanding organizational skills
Scrum master certification min. PSM I or equivalent
