工作職責：
1、保證維護產品的質量穩定，通過技術手段、流程製度提升產品可用性；
2、從技術層面具體分析業務不合理或不高效的點，提出優化改進方案並推進實施；
3、從整體上對負責的產品進行部署結構、IDC分佈、HA方案等的控制和改良；
4、負責運維自動化建設及優化；
5、負責監控系統建設及優化並設計告警策略有效收斂無效告警；
6、7x24小時響應故障處理。
職務要求：
1. 本科及以上學歷；
2. 3年以上工作經驗，精通Linux操作系統，對系統性能原理有深刻理解；
3. 精通shell編程，熟練應用awk，sed，grep，strace，tcpdump，gdb等常用命令，會使用python，php優先 ；
4. 熟悉mysql，mongodb，kafka等搭建，配置調優，數據搬遷等 ；
5. 熟悉集群高可用解決方案，有一定網絡問題定位和優化經驗；
6. 熟悉TCP/IP協議，能夠定位Linux網絡下普通的網絡異常；
7. 熟悉運維體系，有itil，cmdb配置管理，標準運維流程有經驗優先；
8. 有海量運維工作經驗，對監控體系精通的優先；
9. 多雲使用經驗，特別是阿里雲 亞馬遜。
