【崗位職責】
負責公司旗下遊戲在海外市場的數位行銷策略擬定與執行。
【工作技能要求】
1. 具 3 年以上數位行銷相關工作經驗（EDM, SEO, GA分析與社群經營），熟悉各種數位行銷專案的操作經驗，如：社群、官網、直播、異業結合等，熟悉專案管理流程、進度管控、成效追蹤及數據分析。
2. 具 Growth Marketing 實務經驗，能獨立研究與開發（或優化）行銷管道的能力。
3. 具備完善的品牌工作概念，有獨立的專案策劃能力，有較好的設計審美觀。
4. 工作語言為英文，需要具英文社群文案撰稿能力。 具備簡單程式語言能力尤佳。
5. 具邏輯組織、系統思考與洞察分析的批判思考能力。
6. 富責任感、善於團隊合作、能夠快速適應變化，具有不斷調整、學習的上進心。
