Job Description

With its own data scientists, UI / UX designers and business consultants, ThinkCol Transform is currently looking to expand its team and seeking to hire a data analyst in Taiwan. This person will work closely with our team in Hong Kong to develop machine learning models, build data science training materials and establish our business operations in Taiwan.

Responsibilities

• Create machine learning model with senior data scientists
• Performing data cleansing process with multiple datasets using Python
• Study and analyze data from clients
• Identify patterns and trends in data sets
• Assist data scientists on feature engineering
• Utilize relevant Business Intelligence visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI in different situations
• Write reports on analysis and present to data scientists
• Work closely with different parties, including data scientist, management team and founders, to establish business needs and transform ideas into feasible solutions
• Assist data scientist in AI and Data Science corporate training

Skills and qualification

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or related disciplines
• Experience in Python or R
• Willing to learn Machine Learning algorithms
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Proven working experience as a data analyst (Optional)
