• Identifying growth opportunities for the company and choosing, setting, and prioritizing growth goals
• Using data, analytics, and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies.
• Ensuring that resources inside and outside the business improve growth.
• Reporting on initiatives and projects to management
• Replicating successful strategies at scale
• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 3 years of growth marketing role. Technical or product background is a plus.
• Proven track record of successful growth campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics.
• Skilled at web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels.
• Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.
• Good command of English, strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Being comfortable with working in a dynamic and diverse environment.
