•Direct and control the Manufacturing Engineering Group in Taiwan in accordance with the goals, objectives and tasks defined by Corporate Engineering.

• Ensure consistent methods and a sound rigorous approach to all tasks.

• Mentor Taiwan engineering team.

• Report status to Corporate (Unites States).

• Establish and maintain a strong presence to ensure that production quality measures are consistent with and enforce engineering product requirements.

• Lead effort to work with suppliers to improve quality and lower costs.

• Improve efficiency of all company’s Asia engineering processes, including

o DFM to Radian USA

o Quotes

o Production processes and documentation

o Provide useful manufacturing guidelines to company’s USA engineering

• Experience with ultra-thin VC, diffusion bonding, water cooling system, 3D VC and stainless-steel VC is a strong plus.

• Reasonable proficiency in English is required for this position.
