Responsibilities:
• Lead development of the trade marketing strategy to support long term Home Care Category sustainable growth based on shopper insights and customer requirements.
• Work closely with accounts to ensure sales objectives are aligned with trade marketing strategies and take responsibilities together to deliver P&L target.
• Work closely with marketing team to plan, execute and review trade promotion and consumer promotion activities that attract business from customers and consumers.
• Prepare and implement new product launch including business case and post evaluation.
• Manage portfolio and channel item mix and refine pricing strategy to optimize promotion efficiency across channel/customers.
• Have an in depth understanding of our key business metrics (sales, share, volume, profit, etc.) and therefore, be able to provide analysis, insight and make relevant business recommendations on current and future business plan.
• Effectively manage the Trade Marketing budget, including planning, execution and review.
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree with minimum 3 years experiences in a Trade Marketing role
• Experience in a relevant industry preferable FMCG
• Strong strategic thinking & business acumen, good analytical & execution skills
• Good inter-personal and communication skills, able to work with people across different functions and levels.
• Highly stress-resistant, mature & adaptable to fast pace working environment.
• Self-motivated and can-do spirit
• A good team player, well-organized with sense of urgency
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
• 大學學歷,具備至少 3 年貿易行銷經驗
• 有相關快速消費品產業經驗者優先
• 強大的策略思維與商業頭腦,良好的分析與執行能力
• 良好的人際溝通和溝通技巧,能夠與不同職能和層級的人員合作。
