Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in embedded systems or RTOS.
Experience in C/C++/Python.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in LTE/NR Modem Layer 1 issue analysis.
Experience in RF driver development.
Experience in software simulation.
Experience with 3GPP/3GPP2 standards.

In this role, you will control software, test systems, and work with hardware and systems teams to deliver solutions.

The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.

Responsibilities

Work with cross-teams for RF software development and optimization.
Analyze and debug issues from factory, certification, field testing, and customer support.
Design test cases, conduct firmware verification, and investigate RF issues.
